The United States of Islam

February 27, 2009

Take a look at the map below – does it represent someone’s delusions of grandeur or real achievable goals towards an Islamic Caliphate?

The curious thing about the map, is that World Islamic Mission which printed the map with the words “Fight in the way of Allah (Against The Enemy of Islam)” claims this on their website

An International Religious Organization dedicated to the promotion of peace, love and understanding amongst all people.

Isn’t it a bit of shameless hypocrisy?

I am sure Muslim apologists will say – “oh ! no. You misunderstood our statement. Here ‘fight’ means a peaceful fight. A fight of ideas, an internal fight within ourselves to achieve the Truth, a fight against oppression”

Yes, we have heard that BS before. It’s not words which matter but actions. And, if actions are anything to go by there is little, if any, proof that the fight will be peaceful.

Maybe I am over-estimating the ambitions of the Islamofascists, maybe I am overreacting or maybe I am morbidly paranoid without reason. But when I read about  Saudi Arabia (“the hub of world terror“) using its petro dollars to fund radical Islam in United States, UK (video link), Australia, India and spreading their version of radical Islam in other parts of the world,  the UN resolution supported by fascist countries to curb freedom of speech, the talibanizationof parts of Pakistan, the slow infusion of sharia law and courts in UK and in other secular democratic countries( especially in europe), radical Islam being spread by muslim students in the US  and the  increasing influence of the Muslim fundamentalists across the world,  I am not sure if I can pooh-pooh this threat away.  In my opinion, the threat is real and the threat is imminent, whether we believe it or not.

P.S. Notice the typical strategy of fundamentalists to appeal to a person’s weakness in matters of God (the top left hand corner of the image) by giving it an aura of divine sanction.

Notice how India is already included in the present caliphate !! My fear is that even if we think it is unrealistic there are millions of muslims who actually believe in this goal. They believe that it has already been ordained by Allah. This may very well lead to a world wide conflict between people on either side.

I don’t know, if you checked any of the links (there were merely provided as references in case someone wanted to check them) but you may want to check the UK(video link) called – ‘under- cover mosque’ and see how wahhabi idealogy is being spread in the UK using petro-dollars

I did check out a few links, though not the video you mentioned. I’ll get to that after posting this comment.

What I meant was that there will be resistance from the Christian Right, Hindu Right, ie the non-Islamic reilgious Right in general, a statist China, the “intellectual” rationalists (who are growing in number), the seculars etc. So the ultimate aim of an Islamic-World will be pretty much impossible (not a certain impossible, just one with a chance touching one in infinity).

Now that’s why I find it scary. These people are going to try it anyways, as they already are. It would be nothing but madness.
